KAC-BIM Solution

KAC-BIM Solution is a BIM-based digital twin utilization platform that supports ISO 19650-based Common Data Environment (CDE).
It supports ISO 16739 and IFC to provide an environment in which information from BIM models can be integrated and utilized
regardless of the type of BIM authoring tool.
KAC-BIM Solution consists of KIDT-CDE, KIDT-FM, and KIDT-Aero, and its main functions are as follows.

 - Web-based (HTML5, WebGL) BIM Viewer

  • KIDT-CDE
    KIDT-CDE is a CDE-enabled solution defined by ISO 19650 that enables organizations to build and utilize their own cloud.
  • Viewer
    It supports IFC formats and provides the ability to integrate and visualize separated models such as architecture, structure, and equipment. It supports all IFC (ISO 16739) formats such as IFC2x3 and IFC4.3, and it supports the ability to integrate and visualize multiple versions of files. It provides an environment where you can quickly and accurately view super-large BIM models through a web browser.
  • Automatic Quality Review
    KIDT-CDE provides the ability to automatically review the information standard system, owner requirements, and legal conditions of the BIM model. The rule set for quality review is open so that additional requirements can be written and utilized freely through Python script.
    For effective use of BIM models, it requires accurate information and appropriate modeling. It is practically impossible to manually review information from BIM models consisting millions objects. KIDT-CDE provides an automated quality review function to create an optimal BIM information utilization environment.

KIDT-FM

  • KIDT-FM
    KIDT-FM provides functions for the registration and management of facility management information based on the object or space location of a facility. Based on object, space, and location-based information management functions, various interfaces according to required functions can be built and utilized.
  • Facilities inspection and maintenance support
    Based on the digital twin of the facility and the information included, it supports the work necessary for inspection and maintenance of the facility. It provides a mobile-based viewer to enable on-site acquisition and utilization of inspection and maintenance information.

    It provides the function of managing facility information, inspection, and repair/reinforcement managed by the FMS of the Korean Authority of Land & Infrastructure Safety(KALIS).
